What do I do as a Camp Counselor?
As a Counselor you and a co-counselor will run activities for campers and mentor them throughout their experience, some camp experiences you may be in a cabin with youth, other camps you are only teaching classes and will then have the evenings to your self with other staff. You will gain new friendships and memories that will last a life time.
Become part of something bigger than yourself and become a Counselor.
Where will I be staying while at Camp?
Camp Ember's partner camps offer diverse experiences, each camp's accommodations are different, however each camp does provide housing for their staff.
How long is the summer?
Most camp programs run from late may to early August.
Do I get paid?
Heck Yeah! While ach partner camp's pay may differ, Camp Ember carefully chooses our partners to ensure that they offer quality pay, accommodations, and promote a great place to work.
Do I get time off at Camp?
Yes! while each camp's schedule is different, all camps that we are partnered with provide time off for their staff.
